The InServ Group, also operating as Freel Home Inspections, is owned and operated by experienced real estate inspector Monty Freel. Monty has dedicated the past 12 years of his life to helping home buyers understand their potential homes during the inspection process. He has over 3,200 inspections under his belt and loves that this job allows him to meet and interact with so many different people on a daily basis. As a people-person and someone who enjoys teaching, Monty takes a special interest in first-time home buyers who need an inspector willing to educate them throughout the inspection process. He takes his time not only to uncover the issues in the home but also to thoroughly explain them and how they can be resolved to his clients. In his free time, Monty enjoys spending quality time with his wife and kids, hunting, and attending sporting events.

Monty’s Background

Much of Monty’s knowledge of homes and their repair comes from his hands-on experience as the owner of several rental properties as well as a restaurant franchise. Whenever a problem would arise in one of his rentals, Monty would handle the repair work himself. Over time, he learned about the intricate details of each individual system in the home. A home inspector with this type of hands-on experience is able to explain his findings to clients in a more thorough way than most. Monty has also worked as a baseball coach at a college, and during this time he took it upon himself to help the professors find houses close to campus. He enjoyed this experience and loves that he has made it his career to help people find and understand the home of their dreams.
