Mold Testing

Mold Testing

Mold in the home can cause various health complications, especially in those with pre-existing respiratory health issues or weakened immune systems. We offer Mold Testing so that you can be sure your home is safe and livable. During the testing, we collect samples from both the air and the home’s surfaces to measure the amount of mold spores present.

Radon Testing

Radon Testing

Radon is an extremely dangerous gas that can rise from the soil and collect inside of a home. Due to the gas being odorless, tasteless, and invisible, professional Radon Testing is required to measure its level in the home. Exposure to the gas is linked to lung cancer and other various illnesses, so it is important to have a home tested before buying or selling.

Re Inspection

Re-Inspection

After an initial home inspection, the buyer and seller will agree on what repairs need to be made before closing a deal. We will Re-Inspect the home after these repairs have been made, ensuring that everything was completed as agreed upon and that both parties are satisfied before moving forward.

Pre Listing Home Inspection

Pre-Listing Inspection

Sellers should schedule a Pre-Listing Inspection to prepare their property for a competitive market. We will identify the issues in the home that should be addressed before selling, ensuring that the property is in its best condition when potential buyers arrive.

New Construction Home Inspection

New Construction Inspection

Before a new home is scheduled for a final walkthrough with the builder, a New Construction Inspection can be scheduled to ensure that no oversights in construction were made. The builder can then use what we uncovered to repair the home ahead of time.

New Construction Phase Inspection

New Construction Phase Inspections

We will inspect a construction project at intervals, ensuring that each phase of the project is complete, safe, and of high-quality before the builder moves on to the next. The number of Phase Inspections is dependent on the client’s requests and project.

11 Month Warranty Inspection

11th Month Warranty Inspection

Newly built homes are often sold with a builder’s warranty. This warranty covers the cost of constructional defects for one year. By having the home inspected during the 11th month, homeowners can request repairs in time and take full advantage of their coverage.

Loan Draw Home Inspection

Loan Draw Inspection

Before agreeing to lend to you, your loan provider will want proof of the home’s current condition and estimates of its required repairs. We will perform a Loan Draw Inspection so that you have a detailed report to offer your loan provider.

Commercial Property Inspection

Light Commercial Inspection

We do Light Commercial Inspections on properties with up to 600 amps of electricity. During the inspection, we ensure that the building and all of its units and systems are safe and uncover any hidden issues. An electrician will be brought to the property if it has over 600 amps.
